From the days of John Thomas Marshall, who homesteaded this land in 1894 with a vision for his family’s future, to the present day, our commitment to this land and our cattle remains unwavering. Six generations later, we continue to work side by side, honoring the legacy of hard work and dedication.
Our steers enjoy expansive grassy pastures and the freedom to roam. Each evening, they gather for a refreshing drink from our pristine spring water. Once the hay is harvested from our meadows, the steers graze on fields rich with nutritious grain heads, ensuring they receive the best care. Our top priority is their health and happiness, which translates into the exceptional quality of our beef.
Grass-fed beef, like ours, is naturally leaner compared to industrially-raised options. The USDA recommends a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in our range-fed steers. Our beef is lean, hormone-free, and healthy—an excellent choice for your family’s meals.
