What to Expect: How we work

Beef Pricing & Ordering Process:

  • Pricing: Our grass-fed beef is sold based on "hanging weight" (also known as "rack weight"). This refers to the weight of the carcass after it has been butchered, but before it is cut into individual pieces. This method ensures you get an accurate measure of the beef you’ll receive, accounting for bones and other components that contribute to the total weight.

  • Deposit: To secure your order, a 20% deposit is required at the time of ordering. This deposit guarantees your portion of beef.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup. We will calculate the final amount based on the exact rack weight of your order.

Pick-Up Details:

  • Timing: Orders will be ready for pickup by the 1st or 2nd week of December. We’ll keep you informed via email about the exact pickup date and time as we get closer.

  • Pickup Arrangements: It’s important that you pick up your order on the scheduled date and time. If you can’t make it, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements. Due to limited storage space, prompt pickup is crucial to ensure we can accommodate everyone.

  • Availability: Ensure you are available to pick up your order promptly, as we have limited storage space. Failure to do so without prior arrangements could result in additional fees or the forfeiture of your order.
