How to Prepare for Your Beef Pickup

Getting ready to pick up your grass-fed beef order? Here’s what you need to know to ensure a smooth and successful pickup in December.

Confirm the Date and Time: We’ll be in touch via email to confirm the exact pickup date and time. It’s important to plan ahead and make sure you’re available, as we have limited storage space and need to manage pickups efficiently.

Pickup Locations: We offer two

pickup locations: Silverthorne and Arvada, Colorado. You’ll be able to select the location that works best for you when we contact you to finalize the details.

Beef Packaging: All of our beef is frozen and sealed in high-quality Cryovac packaging to ensure it stays fresh. Given that it will be December, transporting your beef should be relatively easy in a "climate-controlled" environment. Individually packaged meat will be delivered in 8"x18"x24" flat boxes, approx 3 boxes for each quarter. #25lbs bundles are delivered in a large reusable shopping bag.

Final Payment: Don’t forget that the remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept cash or checks, and credit cards with a 4% processing fee. The final amount will be based on the exact hanging weight of your order.

Arrange for Help: Depending on the size of your order, you may need help loading it into your vehicle. Consider bringing a friend or family member along, especially if you’ve ordered a large quantity.

Pickup Flexibility: If you can’t make the scheduled pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative. Please understand that we may not have space to accommodate your request. We understand that things come up, but it’s important to communicate with us to avoid any issues.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure that your beef pickup goes smoothly, and you’ll be on your way to enjoying delicious, grass-fed beef in no time.
